BETDAQ is a sports betting exchange, which was founded in Ireland in 2000 by businessman Dermot Desmond, who is also the owner of Celtic Football Club. BETDAQ was bought by Ladbrokes in 2013 for €30 million and works under licenses obtained from both Gibraltar and the Solomon Islands.
