We also display if a particular bookmaker is the subject of a complaint. In order to climb our rankings bookmakers must have no current complaints against them. Ladbrokes are widely recognised as both a reputable firm and one of the UK’s premier bookmakers. At Bookmaker Ratings we rate bookmakers based on a variety of criterion and, all things considered, Ladbrokes had held a 5-star rating and were among the top bookmakers reviewed on our site. However, having recently received a punter complaint, they no longer sit among our top-rated bookies. Any punter registered with us has a right to draw up a complaint against a bookmaker and can expect our professional examination with a positive outcome of the dispute (if the complaint is sound and valid).
