On March 13, Flowers for Dreams, an online flower delivery service, is partnering up with the Milwaukee Public Market in order to host a build-your-own mini bouquet open house event. Each bouquet made will be delivered to a Make-A-Wish Wisconsin family in the Milwaukee area.

Make A Mini Bouquet is calling for participants of all ages to learn how to build their own mini bouquet from Flowers for Dreams designers. Bouquets will also include a handwritten personal message from each participant to share with Make-A-Wish children and families.

The event marks the end of Flowers for Dreams' stay at the Milwaukee Public Market as a pop-up vendor.

Flowers for Dreams chooses a different charity each month to partner with. At the end of the year, all 12 charities will receive 25 percent of all profits netted from 2018 flower sales. Make-A-Wish Wisconsin is Flowers for Dreams’ charity for March.

“We are proud to partner with Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, which does inspiring and transformative work in our area,” stated Lindsay Leinenkugel, Flowers for Dreams Marketing Manager, in a press release. “We, along with Milwaukee Public Market, hope that these bouquets made with love and care will spread smiles to local children and their families.”

The Make A Mini Bouquet event will take place on March 13 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Milwaukee Public Market on the second floor. The event is free and open to the public. Participants are encouraged to RSVP at
