Hi Guys,
I opened account last 19 May 2023 deposited $500 I place bet and won and lost bets too. I end up total deposit $1250 but I have winnings too total balance $2700. On 22nd May 2023 they deactivated my account and asked me to provide payslips source of income and bank statements.
I provided everything they still hold my account because my ip address is generated from different states. Which I used only my mobile phone Optus provided here in Australia.
I emailed filled up formal complaint to Victoria License Gaming Commission. Until now my money was on hold. Keep away with this Okebet Booker if you dont want inconvenience what ive experienced.

Not good to do business with. My sister won a lot of money. They didn’t pay her closed her account and some reason closed mine. Dispute resolution was non existent. The account was verified and they said it wasn’t. Strange
