Shakespeare in the Park presents ‘Julius Caesar’
The Optimist Theatre’s free Shakespeare in the Park will present Julius Caesar for a three-weekend run. The production features a professional cast based in the Milwaukee area, with several prominent male Shakespearean roles filled by female performers, adding a unique twist. In its first six years, Shakespeare in the Park has played to more than 12,000 people and employed 200-plus Wisconsin actors, crew, suppliers and vendors.
