Having drawn 1-1 last week, this is another of the Europa League qualifying ties that is finely balanced. With an away-goal safely in the bag, Siroki will be feeling upbeat but all is certainly not lost for Aberdeen and, after a decent performance last week, they’ll also be quietly confident of getting the right result here.

Considering that the first-leg was fairly even – Aberdeen fractionally dominated in terms of possession and shots on target but both teams created a reasonable amount while neither were really on top for a substantial part of the match – it’s somewhat surprising that Aberdeen are considered favourites ahead of this match, especially since they failed to win on home soil. Siroki coped well last week and are fancied to get competitive once again. The bet that stands out at the prices is ‘Both Teams to Score’.

Having managed to limit their opponents to just one goal last week, the Bosnian hosts should be confident ahead of this match in front of their own fans. They did concede, and could easily do so here, but in scoring that away-goal, Goran Sablić’s men have put themselves in the driving seat. Thanks to the away-goal ruling, it’s now Aberdeen who have to force the issue here which could could allow Siroki to counter. With this in mind, coupled with the fact that they’ve scored in four of their last five at home, you’d have to fancy the Bosnians to at least match their first-leg tally.

As things stand, they’re heading out, so the pressure is definitely on Aberdeen to attack here but they’re a forward-thinking side anyway so this isn’t likely to bother them too much. Having scored and created a number of decent chances last week, the Scottish outfit should be confident of scoring. In truth, it would be disappointing if they failed to find the net considering that they’ve only been kept out twice in 2017, scoring in each of their last nine away matches. In contrast, for all Aberdeen’s attacking potency, they’re often caught short at the back (as we saw last week) and so it would also be something of a surprise if they were to keep a clean sheet in this fixture.

All in all, this pair proved to have enough about them to break through against the other last week and, with the way things are set up after that first-leg, much of the same is fancied. At the prices, ‘Both Teams to Score’ is the stand out selection in Bosnia on Thursday night.
