Maria Sharapova – Belinda Bencic. Anna Chakvetadze’s prediction
I expect Maria Sharapova to win in two sets. I don’t think that she’ll make so many errors again as she had against Lauren Davis. Davis is not so tough, but her crosses are solid. This is not so comfortable for Sharapova. But Bencic uses the pace of the opponent and plays with no solid crosses. Sharapova surely can compete against that. Maybe there’ll be some scramble, but Sharapova can win two sets in a row with her character. Bencic is too inexperienced to win in games with such an opponent. She is not so solid and can’t stand Sharapova’s pace. Also, Bencic has not enough foxery to create any problems to Sharapova.
