Espanyol – Villarreal. Valeri Karpin’s prediction
Villarreal are on fire now. They’ve won six games in a row and lost points just in the last match against Real Betis. It was their first defeat since November.

I think that Villarreal will concentrate after they fell flat in their last game. Marcelino Toral’s team have a chance to get to the Champions league spot this season. They can even try to fight for a top place in the standings. To do this, they have to defeat teams like Espanyol. All the more reason is the history of Villarreal’s matches at Cornella-El Prat: they lost there eight years ago. Villarreal have also won the first game against Espanyol this season.
