CSKA Moscow – Spartak Moscow. Konstantin Genich’s prediction
It’s Moscow derby or even a derby of Russia. We’ll see if both teams are well prepared for this game. CSKA Moscow played their last game against Ufa and we saw that they can step up during the match.
Spartak can be judged only by their friendly games. They didn’t impress much with their strong attack, but they still miss a lot of goal chances. With all that they can’t take a punch, having problems in the midfield. They’ve lost the last friendly match 1:2. But now it’s a different story.
We can remember the previous game between CSKA Moscow and Spartak (1:2 at Otkrytiye Arena). But now both teams wouldn’t play too tight in my view. So we can go for some “overs” here. CSKA Moscow have an advantage because they are leading in the league. I suggest to take a safe bet: it’s total goals in the first half more than one. The odds are pretty decent here.
I can definitely see at least one goal before the break. The second one will bring us profit. If not, we’ll get a refund.
