Crystal Palace – Everton. Editors’ prediction

Crystal Palace may have been lucky to win their last game vs Norwich on Saturday, but it was a timely victory nonetheless, one that ended a terrific run of 14 Premier League games without a win. At the end of 2015 they were 5th in the league but now find themselves down in 16th. The only positive is that the Eagles don’t need to worry about the prospect of relegation as, being ten points above the relegation zone, they look set to remain in the BPL.

Everton have also endured a troublesome time of late. Four games without a win has seen them slip to 14th place in the table with one game in hand. Although they are still in the FA Cup which will surely be the priority. The same can be said for Crystal Palace. Both teams have secured their place in the semifinals on April 23-24 and it wouldn’t be at all surprising if they fail to find enough motivation to try their best in the league.

That’s why both teams will be happy with a draw, which is estimated at 3.10 with William Hill. You can also go for the score draw at 4.00, which looks a good bet considering Crystal Palace failed to score in only one of their last ten games, while Everton’s attacking players, namely Romelu Lukaku, can find a goal out of nothing.
