We know they won’t have QB Joe Burrow. With that, QB Jake Browning will have WRs Ja’Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd to carry this offense. The core of this attack is about the running game for me. The aerial attack will work, but the ground game is essential to not leave the team one-dimensional. RB Joe Mixon has not been an excellent player, but he is a good runner. He will need help from supporting RBs who will need to step up.

The defense has changed little and I don’t believe it is a great unit. Despite this, they have players like DE Trey Hendrickson and SS Daxton Hill who are great players. The problem is still in the LB line, which despite being good tacklers has problems being able to cover the average pass, which will be a big problem for this match.

Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts had a new rookie QB Anthony Richardson who deviates a little from the team’s recent essence of pocket passers. Now, with the QB injured, they turn to backup Gardner Minshew, who will play the rest of the season and is a de facto pocket passer. They have a good corps of receivers to help him, which will be great for the transition, but the offensive line issues will be a big challenge for him this season. The running game with RB Jonathan Taylor will be crucial in this match so that the Colts have a better chance of winning.​

The defense has good names, but the pass rush outside the offensive line worries me. Still, the LB line is interesting and the secondary could be a good surprise with some unknown names, but who have played well recently.

Conclusion:

Both teams have very interesting attacks and the Cincinnati team, even without its starting QB, has been getting good performances from its reserve, Jake Browning. On the other side, QB Gardner Minshew manages to lead this Indianapolis attack in a good way.

I believe that both teams have the possibility of scoring more than 20 points each in this game and I see this over points as the best bet in the match.
