Chelsea – Leicester. Mark O’Haire’s prediction
It’s still remarkable to think 5000/1 shots Leicester sewed up the Premier League title with two games to spare but Claudio Ranieri’s men showed no sign of easing up last weekend when taking Everton to the cleaners.
The Foxes boss can expect a warm reception from Stamford Bridge and his champion side can play their part in an enjoyable encounter in the capital with Over 3.5 Goals standing out at 28/18 with Unibet.
This selection has proven profitable in three of Leicester’s last four and the Foxes make the journey south without key centre-half Robert Huth. The giant German has missed just four matches since signing and the visitors are yet to keep their sheets clean without him – three of those four matches featured at least four goals.
But the best goals-based stats can be found in Chelsea’s armoury. A 1-1 draw at Liverpool ensured the Blues a top-half finish but it extended their unwanted streak of keeping one shutout in 13 games. With John Terry and Kurt Zouma sidelined, it’s difficult to believe they can stop Leicester from scoring.
Still, Eden Hazard has finally found his form in time for Euro 2016 and Chelsea’s attack has only failed to score twice in their last 37 matches at the Bridge since the start of last season with both sides scoring in nine of the last 10 here and Over 3.5 Goals succeeding in seven of those encounters.
