Barcelona – Sevilla. Valeri Karpin’s prediction
Both teams played this week in the European competition. However, Barcelona played against Arsenal on Tuesday and Sevilla didn’t field key players against Molde. So, the conditions are almost equal for both teams.
But they are not equal in terms of selection of players and the level of play. I will not be original to assume that Barcelona will win. The Catalans are in great shape. In addition, they play at home, while Sevilla are a disaster on the road.
Yet, I think that Sevilla will score. The last eight matches between the clubs, including the UEFA Super Cup, ended with both teams scoring. And I think the tradition will continue.
