Agnieszka Radwanska vs Timea Bacsinszky. Anna Chakvetadze’s prediction
Timea Bacsinszky was injured at the end of the last season and that is the reason of her poor results this year. But now she is coming to life. In her previous match she defeated Ana Ivanovic. That was a surprise like Bacsinszky’s win over Agnieszka Radwanska one year ago in the Fed Cup. Timea won 6:1, 6:1 and it was a sensation.
But now Radwanska shows very solid performance and she is a favourite in the upcoming match. I like Bacsinszky’s style, she is playing nice with minimum of faults, but now she’s unable to stop Radwanska.
Agnieszka is on fire: she defeated Alize Cornet (6:0, 6:1) and Madison Brengle (6:3, 6:2). I expect her to win in two sets. She’s in her best shape and she can defeat Bacsinszky in two sets.
