The Norway international keeps impressing the world by contributing to the Citizens’ game this season.
Since making a move to Etihad last summer, Haaland has established himself as a key player in Pep Guardiola’s squad. He is the Premier League’s top goalscorer for the ongoing season with 32 goals.
“Erling Haaland is the best footballer in the world right now,” Rooney said when speaking about the City star.
