Tottenham will host Eintracht Frankfurt at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Wednesday in matchday 4 in the Champions League.

Tottenham will look to advance their chances of qualifying for the Champions League knockout stage when they host Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Both sides played out a goalless draw in the reverse fixture in Germany last week, which was obviously a good result for Antonio Conte’s men, who will look to finish the job off in England.

However, in their quest to bounce back to winning ways in the Champions League, Spurs are set to be without some of their first team players.

Conte confirmed today that Dejan Kulusevski has been ruled out of the game despite training with his team-mates this week.

Tottenham Team News

Antonio Conte said of Kulusevski’s fitness: “I think Deki is almost ready. Yesterday he had an MRI and it was really, really positive but at the same time, I spoke to the doctors and they said tomorrow we can have 5% of risk. I don’t want to take risks because Deki is an important player for us.

“It would be stupid. We need patience and we’ve faced this situation well without him. Against Everton I think he will be able to play.”

Harry Kane is also a doubt for the Champions League game tomorrow, although Conte said of his injury: “The ankle is OK, no twist or anything, so I’m pretty sure it’s fine.”

Predicted starting lineup

Goalkeeper: Hugo Lloris

Defenders: Ben Davis, Eric Dier, Christian Romero, Ryan Sessegnon, Matt Doherty

Midfielders: P. Hojbjerg, Y. Bissouma, R. Bentacur,

Forwards: Harry Kane, Hueng-Min Son

He was part of the squad that lost massively 3-0 at VFL Bochum. Aurélio Buta will sit out the game with a knee injury.
