Reece James makes bold prediction on Chelsea’s future amid recent form
The Blues are not living their best times, sitting in 9th place in the Premier League table. Last year the team were at their highs as they lifted the titles of the Champions League and the Club World Cup.
Chelsea have both youngsters and new arrivals who are yet to adapt to Graham Potter’s system. According to James, this process takes time. The defender believes his team will be “one of the best” in the world.
“I don’t think there’s a trophy [Chelsea] can’t win. When that happens, I don’t know. With the team we’re building, the structure, all the young players… I think we’re going to be one of the best teams in the world,” James said.
