Pep Guardiola makes serious Premier League title claim ahead of Fulham clash
The Citizens celebrated a massive 4 – 1 win over the Gunners as Kevin De Bruyne, John Stones and Erling Haaland scored to secure three points for their team.
As things stand, City are just two points behind the leaders Arsenal, holding two games in hand.
While the title win is now more than just a desire, Guardiola still urges his side to be ready for the next seven games which are set to be challenging.
“It’s not over, It’ll be over when it’s over. We still have seven games. We have to do our game,” the manager said, via Manchester Evening News.
“I know what happened when we win at the Emirates… then we draw at Nottingham Forest. Now we go to Fulham against an incredible team. We’re taking nothing for granted. We’re happy for the last game and the performance but that is all.”
