Nigerian ex-midfielder Jay-Jay Okocha rates Arsenal’s chances to win PL this season
The Gunners are leading the league table, five points ahead of Manchester City. The latter are sitting in 2nd place in the domestic competition.
The two teams are now competing for the Premier League title, with both of them losing points in their latest game in the top tier.
Okocha has shared his thoughts on the two teams’ forms, backing Mikel Arteta’s side to lift the league title this season.
“Manchester City are losing a surprising number of games this season by their standards. Arsenal play consistently well, I assume that the defeat at Everton was just a slip. I trust Arsenal to become champions,” the ex-footballer said.
