On Monday, the league shared a new update on the upcoming weekend games as it was confirmed that seven of the 10 matchweek 8 fixtures go ahead as planned, while three games, including Manchester United vs Leeds United, will be postponed due to events surrounding The Queen’s funeral.
The #PL will resume this weekend after a pause to the season as a mark of respect following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

So, Manchester United’s upcoming game will be against Sheriff Tiraspol in the Europa League on Thursday, September 15.
After which, United will face City in the Premier League on October 2.
