Manchester United are reportedly not giving up on their pursuit of Andre Onana, despite an initial offer for the 27-year-old goalkeeper being rejected.

Renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Manchester United will submit a revised bid for the Cameroonian shot-stopper and continue negotiations with Inter Milan.

Inter Milan rejected an initial offer of around €45 million, including add-ons, for Onana, emphasizing the player’s importance to the Italian club.

Onana, who has expressed his desire to join Manchester United, could prove to be an ideal replacement for the recently departed David De Gea, whose contract expired last month.

The Cameroon international played a crucial role in Inter Milan’s journey to the UEFA Champions League final last season, justifying the premium demand placed on him by his current club.
