Kevin de Bruyne react to Pep Guardiola’s contract extension and sends message
Pep Guardiola’s contract with Manchester City was due to expire in the summer of 2023, however, he signed a two-year contract extension and will stay at the club for two more years.
De Bruyne’s contract at the club also runs until the summer of 2025.
Guardiola has been with City since 2016 and during his time with the Premier League, they have won four Premier League titles, reached the Champions League final, and became champions in FA Cup as well as EFL Cup and FA Community Shield.
“It was great to hear while away. Pep’s done so much for this club and I’m sure he’ll continue. We want to win every game and competition and Pep’s impact on helping us try to achieve that is huge.” De Bruyne said via Jack Gaughan of Daily Mail.
