Jack Grealish sends message as Manchester City beat Fulham

The Citizens beat Fulham in the Premier League on Sunday with a score of 2 – 1.
Erling Haaland and Julian Alvarez scored the winning goals to give their side the lead over the opponents. As a result, City now top the Premier League table and ha still have one game in hand.
After the successful showdown, Grealish took to Twitter to share his feelings over the win and praise his teammate Alvarez.
