“I don’t think so”: Pep Guardiola says Manchester City duo won’t be available for Bournemouth clash
The Citizens are currently sitting in second place in the Premier League table following their 1 – 1 draw with Nottingham Forest.
The club’s next opponents will be the Cherries, while ahead of the clash, Guardiola met the media to share the latest team news.
The manager revealed that Kevin De Bruyne could be back in the first-team squad after a slight injury. The manager, however, doesn’t have positive feelings about Aymeric Laporte’s and John Stones’ potential involvement in the game.
“We have training this afternoon. I think Kevin is back for training, Aymer I don’t think so. John maybe partial,” Guardiola said, via Manchester Evening News.
“We will know in the next few hours. We will see, maybe Kevin but the other two I don’t think so [available for Saturday].”
