According to the former Chelsea man, Havertz isn’t doing enough to be a starter in the Chelsea squad following display against Arsenal.

Frank Leboeuf Kai Havertz needs to offer more than he currently does after Chelsea lost 1-0 to Arsenal on Sunday.

The Blues succumbed to another disappointing defeat in the Premier League as Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal left Stamford Bridge with all points available for the day.

Chelsea was clearly the underdog in the game with Arsenal possessing more attacking prowess than the West Londoners who had their attacking line being the weakest in the game with neither Aubameyang nor Kai Havertz making a significant impact.

Speaking after the game, former Chelsea Center-Back, Frank Leboeuf shared his thoughts about Kai Havertz who he believes isn’t offering enough.

“I want to know what Kai Havertz is doing offensively. He made one cross, he’s an international player, but it ended up at the far post,” Frank Leboeuf said.

“Defensively for the corner kick, when Chelsea conceded the goal, Kai Havertz is the guy who has to kick the ball away. He missed the ball by about five inches.”

“That’s not possible! We all know Kai Havertz has talent, but what’s wrong with him in his head? Like many other players.”
