Fabrizio Romano gives update on Mason Mount’s future at Chelsea

Mason Mount’s future at Chelsea is currently uncertain. Mount’s contract with the Blues expires in the summer of 2024.
The 24-year-old has made 32 appearances so far this season in which he has scored 3 goals and provided 6 assists.
According to Romano, there’s still big gap in the negotiations between the club and Mount as the new deal is again far from being agreed.
A final decision has not been made, however, it seems increasingly likely that Mount will leave Chelsea.
