Erik ten Hag provides update on Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of Aston Villa clash
Ronaldo didn’t join United on their pre-season due to a “family issue” amid rumors claiming that he wants to leave the Red Devils during this summer transfer window.
Ten Hag’s side are preparing to face Aston Villa in the pre-season game on Saturday.
During a press conference ahead of the game, the United boss was asked about Ronaldo.
“No, it’s the same as last week. Of course, concerning is not the right word, I focus on the players that are here. they are doing really well and they are in great shape. We will integrate him [Ronaldo],” said ten Hag.
