Diego Simeone breaks silence after Joao Felix loan move to Chelsea
The Blues reached an agreement to sign Felix on loan from La Liga team for the rest of the season.
Felix officially joined Chelsea and was part of the squad to face the Premier League rivals Fulham. However, the first meeting turned out to be a disaster for the player as he received a red card and is now set to miss the next three matches.
Following the attacker’s move to Stamford Bridge, Atletico boss Simeone has finally shared his thoughts with the media.
“I am not going to dwell on an explanation, he has extraordinary conditions, he is young and he is excited to show his football, I hope he does well [at Chelsea],” he said, via Marca.
