Arsenal’s 2022/23 campaign is almost over as their hopes of becoming Premier League champions were shattered after dropping points in several league games and eventually dropping second in the league table as Manchester City became champions for the 3rd time in 3 years.
The Gunners are preparing to strengthen their team in the summer and challenge for trophies next season.
According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Mikel Arteta’s side are trying to sign Illkay Gundogan, whose contract expires at City this summer.
The Gunners are additionally interested in signing Declan Rice and Mason Mount, as well as they have renewed their efforts to secure Ethan Nwaneri.
