Arsenal closing in on summer transfer target

Arsenal are currently interested in bringing Declan Rice to the Emirates this summer transfer window.
Rice won the Europa Conference League with West Ham and has been at the center of attention as beside the Gunners, Manchester United and Bayern Munich are also interested.
According to The Guardian’s Jacob Steinberg, the Gunners are closing on a deal for Rice and are expected to pay over £100m for the Hammers’ midfielder if add-ons achieved.
