TAUK — March 9
New York-bred “dirty funk” four-piece TAUK brings together genres as diverse as funk, fusion, hip-hop, progressive rock, ambient, classic rock, and jazz. TAUK’s most recent studio album, Sir Nebula, was created in collaboration with Grammy Award-winning producer Robert Carranza (The Mars Volta, Ozomatli, Jack Johnson, Taj Mahal) at the Solar Powered Plastic Plant in Los Angeles. The all-instrumental group consists of guitarist Matt Jalbert, bassist Charlie Dolan, keyboardist Alric “A.C.” Carter and drummer Isaac Teel.
