The Flat Five is a Chicago-based pop vocal group featuring Kelly Hogan, Nora O’Connor, Scott Ligon, Casey McDonough, and Alex Hall — musicians who individually have toured and recorded with bands like Neko Case, NRBQ, The Decemberists, Andrew Bird, Mavis Staples, Iron and Wine, Jakob Dylan, and many others. The Flat Five’s debut album, It’s a World of Love and Hope, was released in October 2016.
