Preliminary review and match prediction for Australia vs Vietnam
Two points from their last three games is not a healthy form for Australia as they drew with China and Saudi Arabia and lost to Japan. Hence it is important for the Aussies to get back to winning ways since clearly, they can’t afford to lose any points in this game.
Coach Arnold Graham has some tactical issues to deal with before this game. Scoring two goals in their last three matches must raise concerns for Graham as his offense needs to be at its best against an expected compact Vietnamese defense.

Graham Arnold will miss one of the most influential players in midfield Ajdin Hrustic who plays for Eintracht Frankfurt due to accumulated yellow cards.
