Watford sent crashing back to Earth
After the 4-1 win over Manchester United which ultimately cost Ole Gunnar Solskjaer his job, Watford were back in the losing column after a 4-2 defeat away to Leicester. They were 3-1 down at the break with James Maddison and Jamie Vardy looking unplayable.
Head Coach, Claudio Ranieri now faces his second match in a row against a former employer in Chelsea, hoping that he can steady the ship and start moving Watford out of danger.
Josh King has scored five in his last five Premier League games, and he will be relied on heavily with Watford carrying several injuries heading into this one.

Two dropped points
Chelsea makes the short journey to Watford after drawing 1-1 against Manchester United on Sunday.
Despite going behind to United and then equalising after a Jorginho penalty it must feel like two points dropped rather than one gained as Chelsea dominated play for the most part and created by far the most chances.
It was in fact an error by Jorginho that led to United’s goal but after redeeming himself later, he and Chelsea will be determined to put that one behind them and get back to winning ways at Watford.
Watford vs Chelsea predictions
As mentioned, Watford are the worst first-half team in the league. Only Liverpool betters Chelsea’s first half record.
Watford have one of the leakiest defences and Chelsea score almost an equal number of goals in first halves compared to second halves. Due to this we predict that Chelsea will win both halves.
We also recommend backing Chelsea to score in both halves.
