It’s tempting to go for both teams to score here. Villarreal are a team who can vary their style and use different tactics, but Liverpool are well prepared too. The attack of the English team is strong with Firmino, Coutinho and Sturridge all set to start here. With these three the reds still look very strong going forward and I think that the absence of Origi won’t have too much of a negative impact.
Liverpool will surely score tonight, regardless of the fact that Villarreal don’t concede many at home this season. On the flip-side Villarreal are extremely good going forward also and they too should be capable of creating opportunities, and it would be a big surprise if they weren’t also able to find the net. Especially when we consider both the fact that Liverpool are missing a key defender in Sakho, and the fact that Bakambu and Soldado have been in good form for Villarreal of late.
Both teams look very good going forward, so we go for both teams to score here.
