Uruguay should advance from their group, as they have in their previous three World Cups. This is the “last dance” for Luis Suarez, Edinson Cavani, Fernando Muslera, and other experienced players.
South Korea, on the other hand, surprised everyone in Russia by defeating 2014 World Cup champion Germany and denying them a place in the last 16. I think they have to work hard to make the last 16, with Uruguay and Portugal posing stiff competition. They have a true leader – Son Heung-Min
Uruguay have been very strong for about a year now and, with their top strikers, and solid defense they should be given the favorite here.
