Texas Longhorns

To help him in the aerial game they have WRs Xavier Worthy, who has 883 yards and 5 TDs, as well as Adonai Mitchell with 704 yards and 9 TDs and TE Ja’Tavion Sanders, who has 502 yards and 1 TD. In the running game, the team has RB Jonathon Brooks who has 1,139 yards and 10 TDs.
The defense is a minimally interesting unit and gives up an average of 84.8 yards per game in the running game, 2.93 yards per carry, in addition to 7 TDs. In the aerial game, the team gives up 240.1 yards per game, 16 TDs conceded and 15 INTs.
Oklahoma State Cowboys
Oklahoma State’s offense is guided by QB Alan Bowman who is 248/414 passing completion at 59.8% for 2,808 yards, 10 TDs and 11 INTs. To help him in the aerial game, the team has WRs Rashod Owens, who has 645 yards and 1 TD, in addition to Brennan Presley, who has 746 yards and 5 TDs. In the ground game, the team has RB Ollie Gordon II, who is the main player in this attack with 1,580 ground yards and 20 TDs.
The defense hasn’t been playing well recently. They give up an average of 172 yards per game, in addition to 4.62 yards per carry and 18 TDs. In the aerial game, the team gives up 251.2 yards per game, 23 TDs and 11 INTs.
Conclusion
Oklahoma State’s offense relies heavily on its running game and in this game they face one of the best defenses in the entire FBS in this regard. I believe that the Longhorns team will do well defensively. In attack, I see QB Quinn Ewers being vital for scoring, but the ground game should also go well against a defense that gives up a lot of yards in this regard.
I really like Texas to play an excellent game and win the Big 12 while meeting the handicap line, which is high, but it shouldn’t be a problem for them in this game.
