In this Euro 2024 qualifying round, the hosts are unbeaten at home (W2, D1). Meanwhile, Switzerland are one of the teams that did not lose a single qualification match. We don’t want to underestimate the Israel national team, but we see the guests’ favorites in this matchup. Right now, Switzerland is a better team on paper and on the pitch.
Prediction: Switzerland to win
We don’t expect to see the first-game scenario in this clash. Israel are really strong side when they play on home soil. We expect to see a close and low-scoring match.
Betting Tip: Total goals under 3.5
Israel have been in excellent form in recent games. They are unbeaten in their last four games (W3, D1).
After six rounds, Israel has 11 points and is in third position, one point behind Romania and two points behind Switzerland. It’s worth noting that Israel has only suffered one loss in this qualifying campaign against Switzerland in March of this year.
The hosts suffered a crushing defeat (0:3).
Switzerland, on the other side, is having a fantastic Euro 2024 qualifying campaign. Murat Yakin’s men lead the I Group standings with 14 points (W4, D2) after six-game weeks.
