Mohammed Kudus missed Ghana’s AFCON 2023 opener due to injury.

Ghana faced Cape Verde in their Africa Cup of Nations 2023 group stage opener and suffered a defeat with a 2-1 score.

Mohammed Kudus missed the defeat due to an injury. Kudus arrived to international duty with a hamstring injury.

Ghana’s next game in the group stage is against Egypt pn Thursday, January 18, 2024.

Chris Hughton will be hoping to have the player back to the matchday squad.
