Reece James is currently out with a hamstring injury.
Chelsea faced Everton in the Premier League on Sunday and suffered a 2-0 defeat. Mauricio Pochettino’s side are currently 12th in the league table.
During the game, Reece James suffered a hamstring injury and is facing another spell on the sidelines.
James has just recently returned to the squad after being sidelined with hamstring issue. The defender has only made 9 appearances so far this season.
As per Fabrizio Romano, the player has undergone medical assessment and scan results have confirmed a hamstring injury.
He will now begin his rehabilitation programme and the club expect him to be back in either February or March — based on recovery programme.
