Alisson has missed the Reds last games due to at first an illness and then a hamstring injury.
It has been confirmed that Liverpool’s goalkeeper will be out for the long term.
As per Brazil coach Dorival Júnior, who told TNT Sport, the goalkeeper will be out for the upcoming international games.
His possible return could be either against Brighton on March 31 or Sheffield United on April 3rd.
