Man United have welcomed the remainder of their players who took part in the World Cup group stage, round of 16 and quarter-final but they still have two players out due to their involvement in the final.
Raphael Varane represented France in the final against his team-mate Lisandro Martinez, who was part of the Argentina’s squad but the latter won the cup after Argentina won 4-2 on penalties.
Both centre-backs are expected have some days off before returning to Carrington for the second half of the season.

, Manchester United are not expected to welcome both centre-backs until next week.
Should that be the case, both Varane and Martinez will miss United’s cup game against Burnley on Wednesday and the Nottingham Forest game in the Premier League.
They will be in contention to feature in Manchester United’s next Premier League game against Wolves on December 31.
