Arsenal are currently interested in signing Declan Rice from West Ham this summer transfer window.
According to Talk Sport’s Alex Crook, the Hammers have rejected the Gunners’ opening bid for Rice.
Arsenal have indicated they are willing to go to £100m+ for the player, meanwhile, Manchester City are also following the situation.
