Wesley Fofana has sent a social media message to Chelsea fans after the club’s latest game with Southampton.
The Blues faced a 1 – 0 defeat to the Premier League rivals on Saturday, with James Ward-Prowse scoring the winning goal for the Saints.
As a result, Graham Potter’s side are now sitting in 10th place in the league table with 31 points
The defeat to Southampton was Chelsea’s second unsuccessful meeting this week, with the club being beaten by Borussia Dortmund in the midweek.
Amid the Blues’ latest poor form, Fofana took to Instagram to send a gratitude message to the supporters. He wrote: “Thanks for your constant support. We must stick together. We will succeed.”
