Arsenal suffered a defeat to Everton in today’s Premier League fixture, with the Toffees securing a 1-0 win at Goodison Park. James Tarkowski’s header from Dwight McNeil’s corner in the 60th minute proved to be the decisive moment in the match.

Arsenal legend Ian Wright has taken to Twitter to give his analysis of the game, noting that Everton deservedly picked up all three points. According to Wright, the Gunners failed to perform to their usual standards and Everton made it difficult for them to play their preferred style of football.

“Everton deserve that. We have to learn from it and move on. Top of the league, everyone is going to be up for playing us. Half chances key in these type of games. Lots for the team to take away from that defeat. We go again boys! Give Sean Dyche his flowers.”

The Gunners will be hoping to put this game behind them and continue their charge at the top of the league.
