Tottenham have now eyed Vincent Kompany as Antonio Conte’s possible replacement at Tottenham.
Spurs are currently struggling in form which saw them being eliminated from the Champions League and FA Cup in the recent months.
After the club’s latest Premier League clash versus Southampton, Conte met the media to criticise the players for being “selfish”.
The manager’s comments led to discussion over his possible sacking, with Ryan Mason reportedly taking his position until the end of the season.
Now, according to the Guardian journalist David Hytner, Tottenham are now interested in Kompany as a potential candidate to take charge of the team. Former Manchester City man currently manages the Championship side Burnley.
