Chelsea faced Fulham in a friendly game on Sunday and celebrated a 2-0 as Premier League Summer Series came to an end with the Blues lifting the trophy.
Thiago Silva and Christopher Nkunku scored the goals for the Blues.
Following the game, Silva took to Instagram to share a photo with Willian and wrote: “Brother for life I love you.”
