The Warriors head coach Steve Kerr paid tribute to the team’s center Kevon Looney after the second match of the Western Conference Finals with the Mavericks (126:117).
Kevin Looney updated his personal scoring record by scoring 21 points (10 out of 14 from the game) in 32 minutes. Kevon also has 12 rebounds, the centre scored the second double-double in his career in the playoffs.
“This is not the first time that Kevon Looney leads a great game. It looks fantastic in this playoffs. It’s amazing how underestimated Kevon is by everyone.”
