While Evgeny Kuznetsov is showing his best hockey in his NHL career and Alexander Ovechkin doesn’t take his foot off the gas, Washington seems to have the best chances in years. The odds on their win are 8.00.

Tyler Seguin, Jamie Benn, John Klingberg and Patrick Sharp have been crushing the opponents, allowing Stars to score 5 or 6 goals in some games. Their chances of winning the Stanley are the same as Capitals – 8.00.

Los Angeles Kings didn’t make it for the play-offs last year, while one of their key defenders Vyacheslav Voynov fled to Russia. However, William Hill gives 11.00 odds on their win, given good performance this season.

Current title holder Chicago Blackhawks are given 15.00 odds to win the Cup in 2016. They have lost Patrick Sharp to Dallas, but 26 game point streak from Patrick Kane and surprisingly good performance from Russian rookie Artemi Panarin lets them keep afloat.
