Southampton are closing in on deal to sign Manchester City midfielder Shea Charles, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The 19-year-old was born in Manchester and has been playing for the club since he was seven.
From the deal, City will receive £9m fee. The youngster will travel this weekend for medical if all goes to plan.
